1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship all products across India through trusted courier partners.
For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery availability may vary depending on logistics coverage.
If your location cannot be served, our support team will contact you to:
- Arrange an alternative delivery option, or
- Issue a full refund immediately.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order receipt.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and courier details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days
- Rural or Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or courier issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on most EV charger products.
- For select items or remote areas, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
- Promotional offers or discounts on shipping will be mentioned on the product page.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped:
- You can also track your order through your My Orders section on zapev.in.
- You will receive a tracking number via email.
6. Packaging and Handling
All ZapEV chargers and accessories are securely packed using durable, protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Upon delivery:
- If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, kindly refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
- Please inspect the packaging before accepting it.
7. Delays and Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Logistics or courier issues
- Adverse weather conditions
- National holidays or unforeseen events
If a delay is expected, we’ll proactively notify you and assist until delivery is completed.
8. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
ZapEV is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact our team within 48 hours of expected delivery.
We’ll coordinate with our courier partners for investigation or replacement.
