ZapEV provides electric vehicle (EV) chargers, accessories, and related products through our online platform.
All product prices, specifications, and features are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or feature at any time.

2. Eligibility

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are providing accurate and complete information for your order.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate images, details, and specifications of our products.
However, minor differences in color, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing variations or screen settings.

ZapEV reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update product information without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable GST.
Payments can be made securely through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or PayPal.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
A small confirmation amount is collected before dispatch.
The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.
COD is available across India, subject to serviceability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Tracking details are sent via email once dispatched.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping fees and options are displayed during checkout.
ZapEV is not liable for delays due to courier, logistics, or natural causes, though we will assist wherever possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ZapEV purchase.
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
The product is unused, in original condition, and packaged with all accessories and documentation.
A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Non-returnable items:
Products purchased under sale, COD, or No Cost EMI offers.
Customized or installed products.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.

7. Warranty

At ZapEV, we stand behind the quality and performance of our chargers.

Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or supply-side faults.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZapEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.

All installations must be performed by certified professionals to ensure safety and compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product images, text, designs, and trademarks, are the property of ZapEV and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
No part of the website may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
